We spent an amazing 2 weeks in the Villa Las Vegas in February.

The villa had everything we could possibly want - and then some!

The villa itself is clean, bright, airy and modern with a great pool deck area and is in an ideal location - quiet and residential but within a short walk of the many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The games room is a great place to play pool, table football, Playstation etc and the two huge televisions in the villa offer every possible satellite channel, movies and music.

The kitchen is well equipped, lounge and dining area spacious and bedrooms/bathrooms very well appointed.

We have stayed in villa's in a number of European destinations but quite simply, the Villa Las Vegas is our absolute favourite! To be honest, we were looking at future availability at the Villa before our holiday had even ended and we cannot wait to return. A first class property, owned and managed by first class people...

We recently stayed for the 2nd time at Villa Los Vegas.

This is a fabulous villa in a lovely quite location and close to all amenities of the old town.

As this villa is all on the one level inside it was perfect for my Mother who struggles with stairs while equally catered for our teenage son who enjoyed the new addition of the games room. The addition of the games room is a Hugh bonus to an already perfect house and is invaluable to teenagers - their own private den!.

The cleanliness of the Villa was excellent with a cleaner calling during our stay who changed linen and freshened up the villa, a lovely treat to come back to after a day out sightseeing.

The outdoor amenities of a private pool, hot tub, table tennis and BBQ is everything you could want for relaxing days & evenings.

I have to comment on Julie who was so helpful when there was a wifi outage in the area (nothing to do with the villa). She went over and beyond the call of duty by coming out to us late that evening and getting the issue resolved very quickly.

Overall we love this Villa and would highly recommend. We hope to be back again soon.

We have holidayed in Lanzarote for over 30 years and have stayed in many Hotels and Villas during this time. However, for a good number of years, we have stayed at Villa Las Vegas when it was owned by the previous owners and also now with the present owners Matt and Suzanne.

We have to say it is our favourite place to stay and the renovation of the downstairs games room by the present owners is a great new addition to this property. Matt and Suzanne are a pleasure to deal with and go out of their way to ensure that everything is just perfect.

The new Management Company, Lanzarote One are also on hand and are extremely efficient in dealing with any queries that may arise.

The Villa is in a fantastic location, south facing, and the outside area is just so comfortable with pool, hot tub, sun beds, table, chairs and a shaded balcony area should the sun get too hot. Inside, the Villa is modern, clean and very comfortable and the present owners have supplied new mattresses for all beds, which are just so comfortable. New Air Conditioning has also been installed.

The cleaning , which is carried out by Hilary and Jess, are a credit to Lanzarote One as they both ensure the Villa is in tip top condition for your arrival and also during your stay.

The Pool area is also cleaned twice weekly and this is usually carried out in early morning in order not to disrupt your use of the area.

There are plenty of food shops, bars and restaurant a short walk away. However, should you wish to venture further there are numerous other facilities on the strip.

If returning from the strip a taxi usually costs between 3 and 5 Euros and this certainly is a bit easier than walking back to the Villa.

We hope to continue visiting Villa Las Vegas for many more years as it is just so perfect for us and we treat it like our our other home in the sun.

A great big thank you once again to Matt, Suzanne and family and also to the property Management Team of Lanzarote One. Looking forward to another stay in September.

Having been travelling to Lanzarote for 30 years with my wife and our Children I Would like to draw anyones attention to this Villa if you require peace and quiet for you and your Family, a villa that makes you feel safe and at home with the added Lanzarote weather, this is the Villa for you!! Clean, spacious, safe for children, secure, in-house facilities very good, fantastic for nights in at home also.

This is one of the few Villas in our experience that is exactly like it’s described, having stayed in many property’s in Lanzarote over a 30 year period. Anyone wishing additional peace of mind before parting with your hard earned penny’s, you have the added security of being covered by simply owners insurance along with being able to contact the Owner whom I found to be very helpful, patient, and a man of his word, something I find lacking in todays Business world.

I can’t confirm much more for anyone wishing to book this property other than I spent 2 weeks in it in January 22 and I can confirm we are in the process of booking the property for May 22 again, as it’s one of the few villas we have stayed in that ticks all the boxes, you will not be disappointed!!!
