Lanzarote's temperate climate provides a wonderful holiday destination all year round with an average summer temperature of 29 C and an average winter temperature of 21C.

The Villa's pool terrace was completely renovated in 2026 creating several outside areas separated by classical Canarian walled gardens with ample space for guests to enjoy and relax in the fully enclosed grounds, ensuring complete privacy.

The new heated swimming pool is the focal point of the external amenities and has two submerged seating areas as well as two sets of steps one with a dedicated hand rail allowing supported access.

The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with south facing sun loungers and umbrellas to relax and soak up the glorious day long sunshine. 

Several classical Canarian walled gardens separate the different areas of the outside space which include a dedicated dining area to the left making it ideal for alfresco dining. If you prefer to escape the sunshine, an outside seating and dining area shaded by the Canarian palm to the right of the villa or the shaded terrace area with a small table and chairs is located up several steps to the front of the villa overlooking the pool. 

In addition, guest also have the luxury of ping pong or simply relaxing in the hot tub at no extra cost!.

Villa L.V has plenty of outside shade as well as air conditioning for those that struggle with the summer temperatures and the new games room provides (pool table, table football, 55 inch Ambilight TV, Playstation 3 and a host of alternative games (Cards, Chess, Dominos etc) a fun escape from the sun.
